FBI Arrests 3 January 6 Fugitives Hiding on Florida Ranch

The FBI arrested three fugitives from the 2021 attack on the US Capitol Saturday morning, taking them into custody at the Florida ranch where they were hiding.

One of them, Jonathan Daniel Pollock, 24, has been wanted since the January 6, 2021, attack, and the FBI had offered a $30,000 reward for his arrest and conviction, according to ABC News. The other two — Pollock’s 33-year-old sister, Olivia Michele Pollock and 27-year-old Joseph Daniel Hutchinson III — had previously been charged and indicted and failed to show up for their trial.

The Pollock family own Rapture Guns & Knives in Lakeland, Florida, and Hutchinson once worked there.

Court documents say the three traveled to DC together on the day of the attack on the Capitol, dressed in military-style tactical gear.

According to The Associated Press, Jonathan Pollock and Hutchinson were seen on video repeatedly punching officers during the riots. Prosecutors say that Pollock grabbed two riot shields from officers, and both are accused of striking on officer in the neck or face with the edge of the shields.

Olivia Pollock is accused of punching and elbowing officers and trying to grab their batons.

She and Hutchinson were arrested in June 2021 — Hutchinson in Georgia and Olivia Michele Pollock in Florida, ABC said. They pleaded not guilty to charges similar to Jonathan Pollock and were released on bail and ordered to have no contact with him. The pair had been showing up for court proceedings, but Olivia Pollock skipped a status hearing last March, and neither she nor Hutchinson appeared for the scheduled start of their trial on August 7.

All three are scheduled to appear in federal court in Ocala, Florida, on Monday for their arraignment.
