Montana police are searching for a Missoula woman who hasn’t been seen in nearly two weeks.
According to the Missoula Police Department, Eva Masin Prather, 43, was last seen on December 30 at around 1:30 a.m. at her home in Missoula, near the 1000 block of Rollins Street. Police are now asking anyone in the Slants Streets area to check security cameras between 6 p.m. on December 29 to 10 a.m. on December 30.
“At this point, we have no leads at the moment, so we’re keeping all options open and looking everywhere we can,” her husband, Dave, told KPAX. “It’s been a tough week. But we’re trying to keep things as normal as we can for the kids.”
MPD’s public information officer Whitney Bennett said that at this time, no foul play is suspected.

“In a unified effort, the Missoula Police Department reports that all relevant parties, including the community at large, are actively cooperating with the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of Eva Masin Prather,” MPD stated, the Missoulian reports.
Prather is described as a white female who stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs around 125 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes, and may have left in clothing that wasn’t warm enough for the cold temperatures. However, she may have her “green puffy jacket” with her.
Her husband added that although she isn’t considered a danger to anyone, she could become frightened if people approach her and may be suffering from a mental health crisis.
Police said Prather might be headed to Idaho, Washington, or Oregon.
