On Friday, 3-year-old twins were reportedly found dead in a vehicle parked on a Florida highway –not far from where their mother jumped from an overpass in an apparent suicide attempt.

Family members told WTVJ that Milinddjy and Milender were the two children found unresponsive on Interstate 95 in Miami-Dade County. They also claimed the twins’ mother, Shirlene Alcime, 42, is in stable condition after she leaped from a ramp and landed on some train tracks below.

Police sources told WPLG that the fraternal twins were discovered foaming from the mouth before they were pronounced dead at a hospital.
