Mom Still Missing 2 Months After Failing to Show at 6-year-old Daughter’s Birthday Party

The search continues for a North Carolina woman who has been missing for two months

On Saturday, crews searched Warren County for Dana Mustian — who reportedly did not turn up for her 6-year-old daughter’s birthday party the weekend of December 1. Her family told WNCN that they repeatedly called her phone but it eventually went straight to voicemail.

Reported missing on December 4, Mustian was last seen at her Warrenton home on November 30. According to NewsNation, Mustian’s father had dropped her off and she told him she would see him tomorrow.

Warren County police said ground, water, and K9 searches were carried out but Mustian was not located on Saturday. NewsNation reported that Mustian’s purse and phone remain unaccounted for.

There is a $5,000 reward being offered for information leading to Mustian. Anyone with information regarding Mustian’s whereabouts is asked to call the Warren County Sheriff’s Office at 252-257-3364 (weekdays, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) or 252-257-3456 (nights and weekends).
