‘Come home to your son’: Mom Still Missing a Week After She Doesn’t Show Up for Work

The search continues for a Virginia woman who reportedly vanished last Tuesday.

On February 13, Carina Leach, 52, got off from her cafeteria assistant job at W.T. Cooke Elementary School in Virginia Beach. WVEC reported that she talked on the phone with someone two hours later, marking the last time she was heard from.

According to the news outlet, Leach lives near Virginia Beach Oceanfront’s resort area. Detectives said surveillance footage from the area has not turned up clues.

WTKR reported that Leach is 4 feet, 11 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information regarding Leach’s whereabouts should call Virginia Beach Police Department Missing Person detectives at 757-385-4101.
