Found Safe: 11-Year-Old Virginia Girl Said to Be ‘Endangered’

Update 7:30 p.m.: Isabelle Pittera was found safe in a wooded area not far from her home, Chesterfield County Police say.

“She has been located. She is safe. She is a little bit cold and scratched up,” a Chesterfield Police spokesperson said, according to WTVR. “She was located in a wooded area near Clarendon Park.”

A member of the public found the missing girl, police said.

Virginia State Police have issued a missing endangered alert for an 11-year-old girl last seen in North Chesterfield.

Isabelle Renee Pittera is described as 4 feet 8 inches tall and 160 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a plaid skirt, tie-dye shirt, and gray tennis shoes. She goes by the nickname “Izzy.”

She was last seen at about 5:30 p.m. on Monday, according to police, who said her disappearance “poses a credible threat to her health and safety.”
