Amber Alert: Missouri Toddler Taken by Non-Custodial Parents

Authorities in Missouri have issued an Amber Alert for a 2-year-old girl believed abducted by her non-custodial parents.

Arukia Ganis was seen at Johnny Morris’ Wonders of Wildlife museum and aquarium in Springfield at about 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday, with Frank Ganis, 36, and Arisha Caldwell, 33. The three were then seen on camera leaving a nearby Bass Pro Shop a few minutes later

The toddler is legally in the custody of the state of Missouri, KYTV reported. She is described as 2 feet 5 inches tall and 49 pounds.  Her hair is in pigtails, and she may be wearing removable leg braces.

Frank Ganis is described as 6 feet tall and 190 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. Caldwell is 5 feet 1 inch tall and 120 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes.

They may be driving a silver Mercedes SUV with Vermont tags HFL245.
