Former NFL Linebacker Terrell Suggs Arrested for Pulling Gun During Starbucks Argument

Former NFL star linebacker Terrell Suggs was arrested last month after he allegedly pulled a gun during an argument at an Arizona Starbucks.

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office said Suggs, 41, was charged with threatening and disorderly conduct involving weapons for the March 10 incident, AZFamily.com reported.

Court documents say the argument started over whether Suggs had backed into the victim’s vehicle in the drive-thru line at the Scottsdale coffee shop.

Police say the victim initially approached Suggs, and the two began to fight, but they got back into their cars and placed their orders. Then they began cursing at each other, with Suggs threatening to “kill your b**** a**” and pulling the gun. He did not point the weapon at the other driver, police said.

The other driver reported the incident to police, who identified the two time Super Bowl champ as the suspect.

A Maricopa County judge let Suggs out of jail this week on supervised release. He is due back in court on April 25.

Suggs played on two Super Bowl winning teams: 2012’s Baltimore Ravens and 2019’s Kansas City Chiefs. He was also a two-time All Pro and was named Defensive Player of the Year in 2011. He played college football at Arizona State.
