Video: Florida Woman Appears to be Carjacked, Kidnapped at Traffic Light

Authorities in central Florida are looking for a woman who appeared to be carjacked and kidnapped in a witness video recorded early Thursday evening.

The video shows a white Dodge Durango at a stop light in unincorporated Seminole County as an armed man in a hoodie and a Halloween-type mask points a gun at the driver, then gets into the backseat behind the driver. When the light changes, the vehicle drives away.

The suspect got out of a green Acura sedan, with an obscured license plate, that was behind the Durango at the light. The Acura followed the Durango away from the area. Both the suspect and the Acura’s driver appeared to white or Hispanic, police said.

The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office identified the Durango’s driver as 31-year-old Katherine Altagracia Guerrero De Aguasvias, who is from Homestead in South Florida.

Her vehicle has a Florida tag number KVFF22. The vehicle has a “for sale” sign with a phone number on the back window.

Police warn people not to approach it if seen and to contact law enforcement.
