Restaurant Employee Caught on Video Putting Penis in Food, Then Charged with Child Porn

An employee at a Houston restaurant has been accused of putting his genitals into open food items, and the subsequent investigation into those allegations turned up images and videos of child pornography on his phone.

Othello Larenzo Holmes, 27, faces five counts of possession of child pornography as well as indecent assault, KPRC reported, and he no longer works at the restaurant.

According to KPRC, the investigation began on April 4 when the Kulture Restaurant manager called the Harris County Sheriff’s Office and showed a deputy a video of Holmes put his penis into food. Holmes reportedly admitted putting his penis into jelly, telling investigators “he had a sexual urge, however, he stopped himself before he ejaculated.”

The report said that Holmes told investigators he has a problem with sexual urges and needs help.

That led to the indecent assault charge and further investigation. Holmes gave written permission to search his cell phone on April 15, and that when investigators found more than 100 images and five videos of child pornography, including one video showing Holmes fondling his genitals while lying next to an unidentified child, believed to be about 6 years old.

The videos included children ranging in age from infancy to teens, showing them engaged in various sex acts, including intercourse, court documents say.

“We kept investigating this person. And, boy, I’m glad we did, because we got a subpoena for his phone, and we found some really horrible things on his phone. We found child pornography, and we are fearful that he potentially may have and at some point, molested young children,” Precinct 1 Constable Alan Rosen said.

Rosen said the restaurant involved was “very proactive.”

“When the restaurant found out about this behavior going on, they immediately shut down, to everybody. They had not served a single patron of the restaurant. And they shut down and only had their staff, their cook staff go in and throw away items in the kitchen and or sterilize things and take the appropriate corporate responsible actions to fix the problem,” he said.

The restaurant said Holmes was immediately fired and that they suspected he may have contaminated food in retaliation for a demotion.

Investigators are looking to speak with parents who have children who may know Holmes and asked anyone with information to contact them at (713)-755-7628.

Holmes was booked into the Harris County Jail on a $500,000 bond for the child pornography cases.
