Texas deputies are searching for a man they shot shot a woman and dumped her body in a wooded area off US Highway 59 near Livingston.

Jasmine Muldoon was reported missing on Sunday, and her body was found Monday afternoon, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. Her body was taken to the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy.

The sheriff’s office named 23-year-old De’Andre Wright as the suspect in Muldoon’s murder and said it had obtained a warrant for his arrest for felony murder.

Deputies cautioned members of the public not to approach Wright if he’s spotted and instead to call law enforcement.
