A 17-year-old Tennessee boy has been arrested for the murder of a 17-year-old girl who was found dead along the side of a road in Hendersonville on Wednesday.
Hendersonville Police did not identify the suspect but said he has been charged with first degree murder and is being held in Sumner County Detention.
Trinity Bostic was reported missing in nearby Macon County on June 29, as CrimeOnline reported. A Tennessee Department of Transportation subcontractor picking up trash found human remains on Wednesday, and they were identified as Bostic’s on Friday.
Police said at the time they suspected foul play but have provided no further information.
