A Main man has been accused of intentionally ramming a 17-year-old riding an SUV in Waterboro on Saturday.
York County Sheriff William King said 50-year-old Jason Campbell was angry that the teen was “ripping up the road” where he was supposedly working on the grade, the Bangor Daily News reported.
The 17-year-old and his two passengers complained of injuries but declined medical attention.
Campbell was charged with aggravated reckless conduct, but King said more charges will be requested for the indictment.
He was briefly booked into jail and then immediately released on a $500 bond. His arraignment is scheduled for November 12.
