A woman was found dead alongside Interstate 95 in Miami-Dade early Saturday morning after police received multiple 911 calls about two people arguing in the area.

The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the calls just after 6 a.m. and found the woman on the grass between the highway and an onramp, according to WTVJ, which said it arrived on the scene before the body was found and that video showed she wasn’t wearing clothes, although clothing was lying next to her.

Hours later on Saturday afternoon, officers pursued a black BMW SUV on Interstate 75, saying the vehicle was being sought in a murder investigation. The driver exited the highway onto Miramar Parkway and crashed into at least one other vehicle, then tried to flee before being captured.

Police have not released the driver’s name or said how or even if they were involved in the death of the woman, whose name has also not been released.

Investigators are trying to determine how the woman died, but Miami-Dade Police Detective Luis Sierra said that “right now its hard to determine what caused the injuries to the deceased female.” He did not say what kind of injuries she had either.
