Correcting previous reports, WWL reported that the FBI is leading the investigation as terrorism has not been ruled out. The agency is also leading the investigation as an improvised explosive device was found at the scene.

Din Jabbar reportedly had an ISIS flag in his truck and had a “long gun” with a suppressive device.

About 30 people were injured during the incident, which unfolded at 4 a.m. While the officers are in stable condition, the other victims’ conditions were not disclosed.
