A Massachusetts man was arrested this week on multple rape and other charges.
The Rochester Police Department did not provide any details about the crimes Nicholas Carnazza allegedly committed, but he has been charged with three counts of aggravated rape and one count each of kidnapping, indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over, and intimidation of a witness.
Rochester Police Chief Michael A. Assad Jr. said that they were assisted by Mattapoisett Police, the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office, Massachusetts State Police, and Massachusetts Environmental Police in bringing Carnazza into custody.
