The bodies of a toddler girl, a 6-year-old boy, and a 31-year-old woman were recovered from Lake Michigan on Saturday.
The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the children as 1-year-old Jream Jaycee Washington and Wyatt Bryden Patton, 6. The woman has not yet been identified, WLS reported.
Police believe the deaths are connected and may have stemmed from a domestic dispute.
Chicago police said the girl’s body was found in the water near near the 57th Street Beach shortly before 11:30 a.m. and pronounced dead at the scene, according to WMAQ. About three hours later, the bodies of the boy and the woman were found near the 63rd Street Beach.

All three were pronounced dead at the scene. Police are awaiting autopsy results.
WLS reported that law enforcement is not looking for suspects. The investigation is ongoing.
