UPDATE: 10:15 a.m.: WPBN reports that Rebecca Park’s fiance, Richard Falor, is in custody after a body believed to be the missing pregnant woman was found on Tuesday.

The station has not confirmed charges against Falor and is working to learn if there are any other arrests.
UPDATE: November 26, 8 a.m.: Police said late Tuesday night that a body found near where a pregnant Michigan woman was last seen has not yet been identified but “resembles” 22-year-old Rebecca Park.
“Earlier today… the body was discovered in the Manistee National Forest, not far from here,” Wexford County Sheriff Trent Taylor said, according to Cadillac News. “Currently, the Wexford County Sheriff’s Office, Michigan State Police and the Michigan State Police Crime Lab are investigating that scene. The young lady who was found resembles Rebecca Park.”
Taylor said the body was found by members of the public and not an “organized” search team. Officials said the body was found in an area that had been previously search but they declined to speculate whether the body was placed there after the searches. They also declined to comment on the condition of the body or other specifics regarding the discovery.
“There’s a lot of moving parts, and the sheriff will give updates as soon as they become available,” said Michigan State Police Seventh District Public Information Officer Ashley Miller. “Right now, it is very active. We have a lot of detectives and department members working on this.”
Original story:
A pregnant Michigan woman, who had been missing for three weeks, was reportedly found dead Tuesday by a search team looking for her.
Rebecca Park’s body was found near the home of her mother in Boon Township, WWTV reported, which said Park’s father claimed to have found the body.
According to WPBN, however, another person claimed to have found the body. Search crews were out on Tuesday looking, and it is possible that the two were with the same team.
The Wexford County Sheriff’s Office, meanwhile, confirmed only that a body had been found in the Manistee National Forest but did not the identity of the body, Cadillac News reported. The sheriff’s office said more information would be released when the body was positively identified and next of kin are notified.
Park, 22, was last seen getting into the passenger side of a sedan near the mother’s home on November 3. She had told someone she was being picked up, but the witness did not recognize the driver, as CrimeOnline reported. Park’s cell phone was found on the road nearby.
Park was 38 weeks pregnant when she disappeared, and police said she was considered possibly endangered.
The sheriff’s office also said that it had not found any blooding clothing or other items, despite social media claims saying they had, Cadillac News said. They further claimed that misinformation shared online had hindered the investigation, prompting them to limit information provided.
