Pennsylvania police are investigating the death of an elderly man who was reportedly discovered in his home last week with suspicious injuries.
On Friday, Lafayette Dailey, 93, was found unresponsive in his Logan home with cuts on his head and chest. Police said Dailey’s wallet, car key, and vehicle are still missing, according to WPVI.
While specifics regarding Dailey’s death remain unclear, police said they are looking for his car — a white 2007 Chrysler 300 with Pennsylvania license plate reading GRJ-5294.
Residents told WPVI that Dailey’s wife died 10 years ago and he lived alone. There were also no security cameras in Dailey’s home.
Detectives reportedly called Dailey’s death suspicious. However, a motive remains undisclosed.
