Director Rob Reiner and his wife were reportedly killed at their California home during an argument with a family member.
Unidentified sources told TMZ that a family member slit Rob and Michelle Reiner’s throats in their Los Angeles mansion. One of the couple’s daughters found them and told police that a family member “should be a suspect” because they’re “dangerous,” per the sources.
Though police have not spoken on the record about the reported double homicide, sources told People that the Reiners’ son, Nick, killed his parents. Over the years, Nick Reiner has been candid about his issues with drug addiction and homelessness.
Rob Reiner was 78, while his wife was 68.
