Mom Still Missing Years After a Man Is Seen Driving Her Car With Fresh Bullet Holes

An Ohio woman who vanished in 2021 is still missing, even after the FBI named two persons of interest in the case.

Rajah McQueen, 27, was last seen in the passenger seat of her Nissan Sentra. Four hours later, her vehicle resurfaced — riddled with fresh bullet holes. A man was reportedly driving the vehicle, but there was no sign of McQueen.

McQueen last spoke to her sister, who said their conversation was normal. Alarms were raised five days later, however, when one of McQueen’s siblings called her and could not reach her.

More suspicions were raised two days later, when someone romantically involved with McQueen reportedly gave her sister conflicting claims as to when he last saw her.

Last year, Cleveland police detective Kevin Callahan confirmed to WOIO that McQueen’s boyfriend and his brother are considered persons of interest in her ongoing disappearance. He also alleged that the boyfriend was the man filmed driving McQueen’s damaged car.

Callahan went on to reveal that they believe McQueen is deceased.

“You know, Rajah was a person that talked to her family all of the time, she has a couple of kids. So now to go missing for four years and have absolutely no contact with anybody — it’s not, it doesn’t… look good,” he said.

McQueen’s boyfriend told WOIO that he does not know what happened to his girlfriend or her car, both of which are still missing. According to Callahan, he claimed he dropped off McQueen at a gas station.

A $30,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to McQueen. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts should call the FBI tip line at 216-583-5385.

McQueen’s case is being covered as part of CrimeOnline’s “Finding the Lost: Black and Missing” series, which will feature a missing Black person every day in February. The full series can be read here.
