A Texas couple was indicted this month for sex crimes involving a 5-year-old girl.
KVII reported that Midlothian police were alerted in December 2025 about the sexual assaults, which occurred between December 5 and 17. An investigation led to the arrests of Zackery Dondlinger, 37, and his girlfriend, Madison Jones, 30, who was a substitute teacher.
Before their arrests, a friend of Jones’ contacted police about concerns she had with Dondlinger’s behavior towards a 5-year-old girl in Jones’ home. Jones not only told cops about Dondlinger’s sexual fantasies regarding the child, but she also admitted to sexually abusing her at her boyfriend’s direction, according to KFDA.
Jones allegedly filmed herself sexually abusing the girl and sent the videos to Dondlinger via Snapchat. Police seized Jones’ phone — and recovered messages corroborating that Dondlinger arranged the assaults, according to KFDA.
Jones and Dondlinger are charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child, indecency with a child exposes, indecency with a child sexual contact, and possession with intent to promote child pornography. Dondlinger is also charged with sexual performance by a child. Jones’ bond was increased from $90,000 to $3,840,000, while Dondlinger’s was increased from $200,000 to $5,000,000.
Dondlinger and Jones remain jailed. The victim’s relationship to Jones was not disclosed.
