Winston Glynn has been charged with murder after he shot a teen employee at a New York Burger King restaurant, police say. He allegedly demanded money before shooting Kristal Bayron-Nieves, 19, and pistol-whipping a manager and customer. Glynn took $100 before fleeing the scene, according to police.
Investigators reportedly used surveillance footage to identify Glynn — who worked at the same Burger King in 2020. Sources told the New York Post that Glynn had pictures on his Facebook page which showed him in the same clothes at the time of the murder.
Glynn was also linked to Bayron-Nieves’ slaying as he used an EBT card at a bodega after the shooting.
