Nanny filmed $8-a-minute porn videos in front of children, police say

A Florida nanny and adult film actress who was arrested in April for allegedly filming herself performing sexual acts in front of children was charged Monday with human trafficking.

Escambia County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Chip Simmons said that following Nicole Walter’s initial arrest, deputies learned that someone from another state paid Walter, 27, to produce a sexually-explicit video with children in frame. Simmons explained that the exchange of money during that encounter led to the human trafficking charge against Walter, according to the Pensacola News Journal.

Walter was originally charged in April with lewd and lascivious exhibition with a victim under 16, possession of child pornography, battery of a law enforcement officer, and resisting arrest with violence, as CrimeOnline previously reported. Citing authorities, the news outlet reported that Walter was a licensed foster parent and independent pornography actress who filmed herself masturbating in public.

NorthEscambia.com reported that police said they acquired three videos in January that were filmed between 2017 and 2018 in which Walter’s seen performing sex acts in front of small children as they cried in the background, launching their investigation.

The man who allegedly requested the illicit videos involving children said the pricing of Walter’s videos varied depending on whether children were visible. He also alleged that Walter offered $8-per-minute Skype video sessions which also involved children, according to NorthEscambia.com.

Simmons also said that Walter received $100 for a sexually-explicit video that depicted children.

Citing an arrest report, the news outlet also reported that a 3-year-old girl told police that Walter touched her genitals and took photographs of her. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement reportedly located an SD card containing pornographic images of a girl, aged 10 to 13.

In light of Walter’s initial arrest, police reportedly received 20 to 30 calls from parents whose children had contact with Walter. However, Simmons told the News Journal that none of those calls resulted in criminal charges against Walter.

When they executed a search warrant on Walter’s home, detectives found a micro SD card containing child pornography of a pre-teen girl posing in sexual positions, the arrest report said. The also found videos on a laptop computer of Walter completely nude and masturbating in the presence of children and a third person whose name was redacted, NorthEscambia.com said. One of those videos was 30 minutes long, the report said.

Walter remains in custody at Santa Rosa Country jail.
