New Photo Shows Missing Texas Teacher Walking Down New Orleans Street

A newly released photograph shows missing Texas school teacher on a sidewalk in New Orleans, apparently the day after she left her home and disappeared.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, 48-year-old Michelle Reynolds told her husband she was going to get food on the afternoon of September 22 and never returned.

Last Saturday, Reynolds’ husband, Michael Reynolds, used the GPS on Michelle’s SUV to track it to New Orleans — more than 350 miles from their home in Alvin — where it was parked on St. Joseph Street, at the corner of South Peters Street, in front of a broken parking meter in the city’s Warehouse District, WDSU said. Inside were her cell phone and other personal items.

Earlier this week, KRIV reported that a grainy surveillance video from a nearby business showed Reynolds parking her car at about noon on Friday and then walking down the street.

Texas EquuSearch, which is helping with the search for Reynolds, released the new photograph, which shows her walking down Constance Street just a couple of blocks from where her car was parked, in the direction of the Pontchartrain Expressway.

The organization said she’s wearing the same clothing she was wearing when her husband last saw her.
