– Emma Marine, 18, was working in St. Augustine on June 29 when Theodore Tundidor, 31, allegedly tried to force her in his pickup truck
– Marine said the man previously came into her job to use the restroom and left
– Moments later, the man reportedly returned to use the bathroom before going behind the counter and throwing items
– Shortly thereafter, a 911 caller reported seeing the suspect violently dragging Marine in the parking lot
– Marine reportedly managed to fight off Tundidor, who fled but was apprehended after driving recklessly near Marineland
