– CCTV footage, initially obtained by ABC, emerged on Thursday of the 12 children Turpin children being rescued from their parents’ “House of Horrors” last Monday.
– The 13th child, a teen girl, had already escaped from the home and called police to report her parents were abusive.
– An older child is seen carrying a younger sibling as California officers escort them from a Perris home.
– One of the siblings ran from the home, toward a waiting van.
– Most of the children, starved and abused, were taken to local hospitals for malnourishment treatment.
– The parents, David and Louise Turpin, are currently behind bars on numerous felony charges, including child abuse and torture.
– David Turpin is accused of a lewd act against one of his daughters.

-Hampton County, South Carolina, police officer, Quincy Smith, spent $30 to buy his own security eyepiece camera.
-“Take your hands out of your pocket! If you don’t stop I’m gonna tase you,” the officer screams at a man accused of harassing people at a convenience store.
-Malcolm Antwan Orr, the suspect, shot Officer Smith several times, severing a vein in his neck and shattering bones.
-Smith falls to the ground, and with blood gushing from his neck, he manages to call for backup.
-Later, Smith is heard asking another officer to tell his family he loves them.
-Smith survives the incident.
-His $30 eyepiece security camera helps convict Orr.
-Smith later said it was the best $30 he’s ever spent.
– Dalia Dippolito was convicted in 2011 of hiring a hitman to kill her husband in August 2009.
– Prior to her conviction, police set up a fake scene and allowed Dippolito to believe her husband had been killed.
– Her husband, Mike Dippolito, who later divorced Dalia, made a surprise visit to her at a Florida police station while she still thought he was dead.
– A conviction and 20-year sentence in 2011 got thrown out on appeal.
– Dippolito was found guilty during her third trial.
– A motion seeking a fourth trial for Dippolito was denied.
– Prosecutors are seeking 30 years.
– Three attackers armed with shotgun broke into a Sarasota home at around 4:46 a.m. on Thursday morning.
– The homeowner grabbed a machete and fought the would-be armed robbers.
– Video surveillance caught the victim defended his home.
– Alen Beltran-Vazquez, Angel Cabrera-Basulto and Ronier Jauregui-Lorente were identified as the suspects.
– The homeowner holds Beltran-Vazquez until police; the other two suspects fled.

-Kentae died in an apartment in Decatur, Georgia.

-The father is behind bars, charged with Kentae’s murder.
-Three child protection services workers were fired after the boy’s death.
-Kentae was taken away from his mother at age 3 by Family and Children Services (DFACS).
-His mother unsuccessfully for years to bring him back home and get him out of “the system.”

– The pair were on the run for 39 days before capture

– Authorities found the pair in a remote cabin in Cecilville, California on April 20
– Cummins may now face life in prison
– Tad Cummins remains on the loose with 15-year-old Elizabeth Thomas.
– Anthony Thomas, Elizabeth’s father, wants her home.
– The distraught father pleads for Cummins to bring his daughter home and turn himself in.
– The last known sighting of Elizabeth was in a Oklahoma City Walmart, with Cummins.

– Danielle Bergoli, better known as “Cash Me Ousside” is furious with her friend who leaked a video of Bergoli getting beat up by her mom
– Bergoli claims that they were just “play fighting”
– The friend allegedly leaked the video to get revenge after Bergoli’s mother kicked her out
– The video leaked on Tuesday, but took place a few years ago
– So far, it’s unclear if authorities or child welfare workers are involved
– Bergoli said her former best friend took things to a “whole other level” by leaking the video
– A driver in front of two cars, filmed two woman as they engaged in a road rage brawl.
– A blonde women hits a dark-haired, then walks back to her car.
– The dark-haired woman gets of her car and attacks the blonde woman, leading to an intense fight.
– It unclear who the women are or why they were fighting.
-The hair-pulling fight lasted less than a minute, before both women went back to their own cars.
-Neither woman appeared to be severely hurt.
